Our Story
Tucked 5 steps below Broadway in the heart of Lakeview East, Flub A Dub Chub's has been a Chicago neighborhood institution since 2008. Founded by Sam Giarratano and his wife Rosemary alongside sons Greg and Bryan, every sandwich on the menu is named after family and friends.
From the signature Flubby Chicago dog loaded with Vienna Beef, mustard, onions, tomatoes, relish, cucumber, pickle, sport peppers and celery salt — to our award-winning BBQ Pulled Pork Chubby — this is the real deal, served with checkered-tile charm and a strict no-ketchup policy.
